At the end of every KMAC project, our clients are encouraged to provide feedback on our services and personnel . . . and to what extent we have improved their bottom line results such as increased sales, jobs retained or added, increased productivity, cost savings, employee satisfaction, and more. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being “very satisfied,” KMAC’S average customer satisfaction rating for the last three years is 4.5.
During that same period, 90% of clients gave KMAC a satisfactory rating of 4.0 or higher.
STATE RESULTS
Positive economic impacts and financial results from KMAC services to manufacturers translate into:
- additional wholesale and consumer purchases
- improved factory output
- higher employment levels
- increased personal income
- a stronger state economy
These are the parameters that serve as the ROI (return-on-investment) by which KMAC is measured and evaluated.
