Jeff Wilson, CPIM – Manufacturing Specialist
Jeff Wilson has more than 14 years of manufacturing experience in industries ranging from food and beverage to Tier One automotive to value-added fulfillment and distribution services. Jeff started his manufacturing career on the plant floor but quickly moved up into leadership positions including Quality Manager, Inventory Control/Execution Manager and Plant Manager.
He is experienced in leading companies through Lean transitions and has utilized Lean methodologies to improve business processes for manufacturing, sales and service operations. He has also overseen Six Sigma implementations by serving as a Six Sigma Champion.
Jeff is accomplished at effectively managing warehousing, shipping, and inventory control systems. He has successfully implemented improvement initiatives resulting in dramatic reductions in inventory levels, improvements in client service levels, decreases in logistics costs, and increases in inventory accuracy for high-value items.
In his leadership roles, Jeff has implemented scorecard systems for driving accountability and performance improvement, and led supply chain optimization projects.
Jeff has earned a Certification in Production and Inventory Control (CPIM) from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS). He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University.
