Ed Lynch has over 30 years experience in the accounting industry, including 20 years of manufacturing expertise in the industrial machinery and electric services industries. He has held positions including Senior Manager, Executive VP, and Chief Financial Officer with a number of firms, as well as serving as CEO of two successful entrepreneurial ventures.

During his varied career, Ed has gained experience in all facets of running a business, including financial and management reporting and control, the design and management of computerized accounting and management systems, bank relations, insurance and risk management, human resources issues, tax planning and compliance, auditor and attorney relations, and labor negotiations.

Ed earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant.
