Sell to the
Department of Defense
In 2006, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) purchased $235 billion worth of products and services from small businesses and DoD’s Prime Contractors spent another $106 billion with small businesses.
If you are interested in selling your products to DoD Buyers or Prime Contractors, you should attend the Business Networking Connection Event on May 21, 2008 from 10 am – 3 pm in Elizabethtown. Here, you’ll meet in-person with Department of Defense (DoD) Buyers and Prime Contractors to uncover government contracting opportunities for your business.
This event, sponsored by the Kentucky Procurement Assistance Program (KPAP) and KMAC, will provide Kentucky manufacturers with a unique opportunity to learn what DoD Buyers and Prime Contractors buy and how to market to them. Then, manufacturers will be able to meet one-on-one with DoD Buyers and Prime Contractors to talk about their specific products.
